Why is it in our region so much fog?

I'm not an expert on weather and fog. I think it's because there are two large dams.

Dalesice and Mohelno.

There is also the Dukovany nuclear power plant 4x500 MW, which produces a huge amount of steam. When it connects, we live in a fog.
