Lothiancountry 571 on Dean Bridge, Edinburgh.
Fleet number 571 was captured on Mr Telford’s Dean Bridge, which crosses high over the valley of the Water of Leith. The bus is working route 43, which launched the Lothiancountry brand in 2017 and provides a regular service between the commuter town of Queensferry (landfall of the three Forth Bridges) and the centre of Edinburgh. Road resurfacing at the city end of the route on Queensferry Street meant that services were starting their outbound journeys at George Street rather than Regent Road. HM Queen Elizabeth’s cortège crossed Dean Bridge on 11 and 13 September.
