With Arthur’s Seat and a Lothian support vehicle also making an appearance, 1079 prepares for departure from Ocean Terminal for a peak hour journey across the city to the southern suburbs. This was the day of Lothian’s soft launch of its new 100 seater ADL Enviro 400XLB vehicles (129 with standees) with 1063 and 1079 both in service. Passengers will have to get used to central exit doors again.
