Grèbe jougris / Red-necked Grebe
Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures (Québec) - Approche difficile, mais j'ai finalement réussi à le photographier dans le secteur voulu, avec l'arrière-plan que je recherchais. L'absence de vent a beaucoup aidé comparativement aux deux dernières sorties, où j'avais à peine le temps de mettre l'oeil dans le viseur avant que l'embarcation commence à virer.

Not an easily approachable fellow, but I was finally able to get a shot at it close enough, in the area I was looking for. The absence of wind this time really helped in getting the boat stable to take the picture.
