First, man's mental became dirty, then everything...

I watched the tinsmith for a while. He was not aware of his surroundings and engrossed in his work. His movements were very rapid and harmonious. It was like he was playing with fire. Then I looked at the copper pots he put on the fire. They were all blackened, dirty and pale. But when touched by fire, the copper pots turned red. There was no trace of dirt left. Then they were tinned in the fire and gained a silvery shine.
I wondered how human beings can get rid of their dirt. You know, it is possible to clean physical dirt with soap and water. What about mental dirt..!!

Önce insanın zihni kirlendi, sonra her şey...

İzledim biraz kalaycı ustasını. Etrafından habersiz, işine dalmış çalışıyordu. Gayet seri ve uyumluydu hareketleri. Ateşle oyun oynar gibiydi sanki. Sonra ateşe uzattığı bakır kaplara baktım. Kararmış, kirli ve solgundu hepsi. Ama ateş dokununca kızıl bir renk alıyordu bakır kaplar. Kirden eser kalmıyordu. Sonra kalaylanıyordu ateşte ve gümüşi bir parlaklığa kavuşuyordu hepsi.
Acaba insanoğlu kirlerinden nasıl arınır diye düşündüm. Hani, fiziki kirleri suyla sabunla temizlemek mümkün.. Ya zihinsel kirler..!!
