The Arena Tower, also known as the Baltimore Tower was first proposed in 2006. Work started on the tower in 2013 and was completed last year in 2017. It is a residential tower consisting of 387 apartments. It's architectural height is 149.1 m and was designed by the architects - Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP.
