I had not had a chance to get out with Cam since our holidays. However a couple of days ago, I noticed on the way home from work that the sky had high and thin "cirrostratus" (as if i know what they are) clouds. Hoping that these would remain, I cruised down to Marino Rocks to capture the light and colour on sunset.
I spent a bit of time mucking around with the setting to get the right exposure length for the water effect, whilst capturing a wave, plus having the rocks correctly exposed. In the end, I was delighted with a final result that also had the light effect of the sunset on the horizon.
I also like this photo due to the transition from the solid rock structure to a smooth blend of water and sky which are in a constant state of chaos and will ultimately do the same to the rocks. Thanks for taking the time to read this babble and checking out the pic.
