Wally West

Updated my Wally West figure once again! And this time he has a custom made cowl and hair piece!!! The Decals I've been placing on his head, kept on pealing off so I decided to make a physical cowl piece from the Lego Flash cowl piece. And I only ended up wrecking on spiky hair piece making the pair too! What do you guys think? It's not perfect so I might make a better ver sometime in the future, but I'm pretty satisfied on how it turned out!
