My Path

While walking my path one day,

I stopped along the way.

Sensing a soul nearby,

Downtrodden and about to cry.

Once I found it, I held it tight.

My heart reached out to help make things right.

 

Dawn had reached my path.

In the light I did bask.

Solitude was no more.

Cheerful peace was at my door.

Engaging in an adventure in life;

Rugged rocks and twisted trees.

No more bloody knees.

My only wish is to walk along,

Enveloping others in a happy song.

Now I know my way.

True to myself...every day.

 

There are some paths that seem right. Let wisdom and discernment be your companions and guiding light. You will never walk alone or find your feet on a crooked path. This day, I found a path worthy of my feet and my camera. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and find your own paths.
