The lines over time….

Gently peel and intertwine

They create character and colors

That may seem ugly to others

To me, the scars represent all I’ve done and seen

My scars, to me, are all that I’ve been

I’m not a victim of a crime

I’m simply me and sublime

Take me as I am, patina and all

Take me as I am, before I need a shawl! 😂
