Artist Statement: Something that gives me hope is being present and aware of my surroundings, finding beauty in all things, whether it be a newly sprouting seed in the garden, to a withering flower coming to the end of it's life cycle. There is hope in all stages of life, as well as beauty. Finding that never-ending beauty fulfills me and gives me hope, as does sharing what I find with others through my art.
