Artist Statement on the theme Transformed and Transcended:
This theme aligns with the emotions felt painting. The last year was tough, complex and , mentally exhausting. I was able to channel my frustrations in beautiful abstract art, this was a part of my healing process. I stepping out of my comfort zone of photographer to create art with paint.
The end result is I am in a much better place, I have the confidence I am able to do anything.
