Over the Rainbow

This year, Doctor's Notes had to get a little creative. We knew live rehearsals and performances were out of the question and consequently, we were forced to figure out new ways to share music with the KUMC community. This meant learning music individually and recording vocals separately for me to put together with corresponding videos using an editing software. As tough as it was initially, the transition was smoother than we had imagined. After utilizing MuseScore to its full extent and hours of careful editing, the group had pulled off multiple, virtual a-capella performances. I couldn't be prouder. I try to find ways to keep the group engaged with new music every week even if we don't have a specific performance lined up. We hope to share more videos with the community soon. After all, that is what we enjoy the most.
