Kids Apron
Artist: Cheryl Jacobson, Fellowship Coordinator in Hematology Oncology and Palliative Care Hospice
Category: Sewing
My grandsons all wanted an apron so they can help cook in the kitchen. I enjoyed making these aprons. As a grandmother you’ll do anything for your grandkids and I love when they pull out their aprons to help make cookies and assist with dinner. This has made them have an interest in learning how to cook, under supervision of course. During the stay home order, I have been able to find more time for quilting and sewing as well as time with my grandchildren, the time I used to spend traveling to and from work is now spent more meaningfully. I have been more selective on my projects and trying new and different patterns, challenging my sewing skills. I now have my home office in my sewing room which gives me more privacy to do both!
