Vigilant

This Bald Eagle was photographed at a bird of prey flying display. It was a great way to spend the afternoon seeing all the vultures, eagles, owls and kestrels taking to the air. The consensus was that the vultures’ landing strategy was in need of refinement – a few blasphemies were heard as audience members returned to an upright position grateful to still be intact.

 

All the birds were highly motivated by food – Labradors with feathers as someone put it (EM121538)
