When in Italy

Lunch time. I ordered tagliatelle with truffles. Here came my hot plate of pasta... there was a huge ball of pasta stuck together in the middle and a few sliced champignons (Agaricus bisporus). That was a lovely brake from the usual delicious Italian cooking. :)))))
