Ryzen 4000 Renoi APU at 45W rip off cooler

Testing: Pushed up the mobile Ryzen Renoir APU to 45W power consumption without any limits and rip off the cooler during full cpu load. CPU is still alive und continue the workload without a hard shutdown.
