One of my favorite pics. Last summer, I had the pleasure to work with Delone Catholics girls basketball team for the 4th summer in a row. We trained them 4 days a week. One day, it seemed like everyone was on vacation or at a tournament or out of the area... Except these 3. Taylor, Tiffany, and Elise. They showed up ready to work; ready to better themselves and better their team. In the 95 degree heat, they absolutely crushed their strength work and then a fun tire flip training session. I'm gonna miss these guys when they graduate, but I know they'll tackle life head-on when they head off to college. #grindsohard #gosquires #sportsperformance #strengthisbeauty #riseandgrind #hanoverpa
