my favorite dumplings

made of vinous farmer's cheese (mild white cheese made from curds of soured milk) with eggs (stiffly beaten egg whites), a bit of flour. Butter for dumplings is to be put gently with a tablespoon on a surface of the boiling water for few seconds and when ready they are light and fluffy. Served with cinnamon butter and sprinkled with brown sugar :-)))))
