Gozo treasures

One of these things I never wondered about is "where our salt is from"???

I bought a small bag of sea salt from these beautiful salt pans in the Island of Gozo. I could swear every meal I cooked tasted better when using it! I ran out of my stash long time ago, but now I stick mainly to sea salt instead of simple table salt. Every time I do, this image pops into my head :) :)
