Nature's Pin Points

Watch where you step with all of these 'pins' sticking up... ;-)

 

One has to be 'sharp' to notice some of the different things in nature that are often overlooked... there are even tiny flowers on these...

 

Upon trying to identify this plant, my guess is Purple Cress? This is a wildflower that blooms in early May in Ontario.
