Class 345 Aventra

The first type of Aventra unit to be built in the UK, these units are the dedicated fleet of trains to operate on the Crossrail network. A total fleet of 70 Class 345 units will be built. Some of them are operating temporarily as 7 coach units whilst the stations on the Great Eastern Main Line metro route are being lengthened to accommodate 9 coach trains.
