Yet another Carina Test Shot
New camera, same old target. With a 99% moon from Bortle 6 suburban skies I needed a bright target for a quick test of a new one shot colour camera, ZWO ASI2600 MC Duo. Lots of stuff to sort out for this, getting the focus position, recalibrating the guiding for the inbuilt guide sensor, a new battery supply and power distribution. 16 shots at 3 minutes each, no filters. Processing in APP with darks, flats, dark flats, then in PS. I think this isn't bad given a practically full moon and where I took it. Takahashi FSQ106N telescope, Warp Astron WD-20 EQ mount. Adelaide, Australia.
