So long under these stars
After an attempt the previous night was ruined by cloud I had another try! An old headstone at the Hawker Cemetery with star trails from about 3.5 hours of shots. The focus is on the headstone so the stars are out of focus a little. I started the sequence during astro twilight for the sky colour. The foreground lighting is via various lamps and torches, inspired by the work and videos of Richard Tatti. Shots processed in Lightroom with daylight white balance for colour in the stars, a Lighten blend of layers in Photoshop to create the star trails.
