Laying down on the job

Kahn's laid down to eat his dinner! I think that's a first, but he was hot and the rock was cool.

I love the Brindle pattern of Kahn's coat. I wonder if he was named Kahn after Shere Khan from The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling (but if that's the case they spelled it differently).

Alternatively this is one of the patterns of the day: chicken frames for dinner.
