SET 1 – Olive Branch Kroger, Post-Remodel
Here’s a better look at that local water tower feature wall. I can’t confirm that this element wasn’t used in any other Kroger stores, but the only ones I’ve seen have been Olive Branch and the two Collierville stores (yes, two – only one has been uploaded to my page so far); it seems like it was fairly short-lived, and replaced with this style of local flair vestibule décor instead, which I’ve seen replicated in far more stores (all of which, timeline-wise, were remodeled after these locations).
As I said in the previous description: compared to the Collierville location(s), OB’s water tower here is considerably more detailed, very closely mimicking the real deal, and even with a nice outdoor scene as a background, to boot. Local schools represented include Olive Branch (the Conquistadors) up top, and Lewisburg (the Patriots) on the left; hidden by the displays in my picture but visible here in l_dawg's is the last of the bunch, Center Hill (the Mustangs). There are eight high schools in DeSoto County altogether, if I’m remembering correctly. (Public, that is – there’s one prominent private school as well.)
(c) 2024 Retail Retell
These places are public so these photos are too, but just as I tell where they came from, I'd appreciate if you'd say who :)
