SET 3 – Pier 1 Closing, Southaven
In this pic we’re taking a look at the front right corner of Southaven’s liquidating Pier 1 Imports store, as seen (once again) shortly after reopening from the coronavirus shutdown, in late May of 2020. The typical supper dishes and glasses found on this side of the salesfloor are still found on the shelving along the perimeter wall in this view, but the stuff actually occupying the floating space in the foreground here is decidedly less practical as far as kitchen utensils go; instead, we find lots of wreaths, as well as a wooden console cabinet with mirror which, although nice, is probably not something somebody would want to put in their kitchen – I may be mistaken on that, though!
