Happy Fourth of July, everyone! If you consider continuing our regularly scheduled Columbus Kmart photoset to be celebrating, then I’m happy to be celebrating with y’all today :) As promised on Thursday, today we’re going to start making our way toward the back right corner. Why, that’s it just off in the distance in this photo, behind those bike racks. What a coincidence!
On my left, you see yet more of those stacks of empty gondola shelves, joined by some of those infamous Kmart green plastic buckets filled with disused shelf tags. Above it all hangs the sporting goods department sign, wondering where in the world its merchandise has moved to :(
