WEEK 16 – Closing the Gap (IV)
My last shot for today looks into the front left corner of the Gap FactoryStore, at the main portion of the women’s department seen upon entering the building. As you can see, it, too, has grown a little emptier since our last visit, but at the same time remains arguably the most presentable of all the cubbyholes in the store due to its prominent location and visibility within the salesfloor. (Note, for instance, the décor posters still present at the top right of the pic, where they were mostly removed from all other parts of the store.) Those numerous 20% off signs also seem to indicate some special sale was going on (on top of the existing closure sale prices) on this particular day, but I didn’t get a close enough shot of any of those to see what it was about.
Photos from my penultimate visit to this Gap are coming in two weeks. In the meantime, next week – my penultimate photoset from the Barnes Crossing Kroger…
