Remodel, Week 8
Happy Sunday everyone, and welcome to another Southaven Sam's Club remodel update! I wish I could say that I'm uploading these photos because this is a long Labor Day weekend, but in reality it's less due to that and more simply thanks to the fact that I have less homework than normal this weekend :P But I'm sure you don't care for the reason, and are just eager to see the photos, so here goes!
We're beginning with this August 7th exterior view, the most belated pic of the set (I promise, the rest are much more recent – and more noticeable! – developments). On this day, a sign crew was out in front of the store, actively measuring the shape where the green and blue diamonds are placed into the Sam's Club logo. I haven't uploaded a photo of the storefront sans that emblem (since it didn't look that great without it, haha!), but it was actually blown out during Memorial Day weekend storms back in May, so this store went practically the whole summer without it. You can see what it looked like during those months in l_dawg2000's shot here. The diamonds were replaced by my next visit, as I recall. Not this visit: helps to get the measurements first before replacing them, lol!
