Happy Birthday, HLT!
Thanks to a handy spreadsheet one of you guys (I forget who, sorry! - update, maybe Dblackwood!) linked me to before, I know that on this day (March 3rd) back in 1999, the Horn Lake, MS, Target opened to the public for the first time, meaning it's celebrating its 18th birthday today! I knew that I was older than the "new" Target in Olive Branch (which still hasn't entered the double digits), but I didn't realize I was a year older than the "old" Target, too! Anyway, here's to a happy birthday for the store (although I wonder if any of its employees there today are aware of this), and many more complete with wavy neon and 90s décor :)
