Bread & Rolls (& Frozen Bread!)
WEEK 51.1 – Flashback 2016: Hernando Kroger (II)
Headed back over to the right-side wall now, where the bread and rolls department is located. Note the freezer case on the right side of the pic: frozen bread was placed beside the non-frozen, regular variety instead of, oh, I dunno, in frozen foods! I’ve never really thought anything of the placement before, but now it certainly strikes me as odd. That 2012 gooseneck “bread” sign was also the first thing that alerted me that the original frozen foods gooseneck markers had been replaced, since previously there hadn’t been one over this case at all (they likely all came in one shipment). In the new store, frozen bread is indeed located in frozen ;P
