Shoutout to Steak Escape: I'm just noticing I don't have a good shot of it in this set :( This location is locally-owned and has family pictures on the wall, features the older hot-air balloon logo, and serves great food, however, so it at least deserves a mention...! It's on the far left end, a couple spaces down from here closest to Walmart.
