Member's Mark Bakery
Remodel, Week 32
Picking things up at Sam’s once again in the bakery department, this time with a close-up of the new signage itself. While this sign, and several others back here in fresh grocery, mostly carry over the same design from the décor found all over the rest of the store, what makes these unique is the addition of the Member’s Mark logo and wordmark alongside the department name. As such, the department names are pushed downward a little bit to accommodate that wordmark, and the shape of the sign goes from a straight edge to a bowed-out shape on the left side in order to conform to that logo. Now… Sam’s just needs to make sure the Member’s Mark logo isn’t redesigned between now and the next time the store remodels, haha!
Beneath the bakery sign here, you can see a white wall. While it’s kinda difficult to tell things exactly due to how zoomed in this shot is, I believe that this wall is a new addition to the store. Previously, it would have been a half-wall, as you can see in this photo. The new full wall allows for a less cluttered background view, and more space for fixtures.

These places are public so these photos are too, but just as I tell where they came from, I'd appreciate if you'd say who :)
