2024 SLAC Progress Pride Flag Raising and Pride March

On June 4, SLAC and its LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) raised the Progress Pride Flag to celebrate the beginning of #PrideMonth. This event aims to foster a sense of inclusion and belonging, while celebrating the diversity of our workforce. Then on June 12, members of the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) and employees at the lab celebrated Pride at SLAC by marching around lab. The march began in front of the SUSB Building and proceeded around Loop Road, ending at the main quad for remarks, food and fun.
