Batman v Superman : Dawn Of Justice - Armored Batsuit
Hey everyone !
Yay ! Here's my newest Lego custom minifigure : The Armored Batsuit from the upcoming Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice movie ! I have been working on this guy since the picture of him at SDCC came out . So this guy took some time, but actually less than I thought he would. I don't think we can really see, here, but he is taller than a normal Lego minifig. Reason for this is that, when I was sculting the legs and trying to pack as much detail in as possible, I realised that if I kept going they were going to look really weird and too bulty. So what I did, was use Billy Riner's technique (thanks a lot by the way ^^) to make them longer. (I also made the arms longer to matche the legs.) I was kind of nervous about the painting part because I had no idea how to reproduce that metalic\shiny effect we saw in the trailers, but with a lot of dry brushing differents shades of gray, it turned out the way I wanted :D

(It's also the first time I editted the picture like this, I was vastly inspired by Logan Fulford's way of doing things (I hope you don't mind ) so tell me what you think about the editting too :D )
