CAPTION CONTEST....
Always shoot the Aces, right?? I do, anyway. So this was the 7,000 ft. QCHCTAC6-26A approaching our home in Maiden Rock, WI on Nov. 26th after a light snow. I posted the shot with several others on Facebook and a La Crosse engineer friend of mine said "I see you got photobombed on this shot." I didn't know what he was talking about. Then he pointed out the pheasant in the tracks about to get nailed by the 60 mph westbound intermodal train.
So, in terms of captions, I would offer: "Pheasant gets Aced," or alternatively, "The perils of running too many eastbound corn trains on the St. Croix Sub."
Any other suggestions? BTW, the bird is unalive lying in front of our house on Main #1.
