Abandoned Cable

VGA cable stranded near a bus shelter. So out of place. wonder what sort of events have led to sometihng like this happening. Who decided that at this exact moment they no longer needed this cable? Maybe someone will find use for it some day. It goes well with the abandoned bin of misc computer parts I saw earlier today as well.
