Note: Eleanor Roosevelt is the only First Lady to be included in a Presidential Memorial. The Memorial’s designer decided to recognize Eleanor Roosevelt at the FDR Memorial for her accomplishments after FDR's death as a member -- and the only woman -- of the first delegation of U.S. representatives to the United Nations during 1945-1952.
