Kingsman: The Golden Circle REVIEW

It's me, back at it again with the at least 1 week late reviews (because as we all know I almost ALWAYS miss the boat on these things). Anyway, on with the review!

As always, I'll go over what I like about the film first. All of what I liked about the first film carries over into the sequel. The insane plans, the gadgets and the great action. I also really like the music choices, especially with Elton John playing while he just kicks so much ass. I love that, especially with his ridiculous getup. This film is just a lot of fun in general.

However, every film inevitably has problems, even if the are just nitpicks. First of all I did find some of the scenes to be just a tad too brutal, particularly Poppy's grinder and the burger (ew). I also would have liked to have seen Lancelot (or Roxy, if you prefer) explored more (as a character, you filthy minded weirdos). In addition, there were a few scenes that felt TOO similar to the first film, and sometimes Harry just didn't feel like Harry.

Am I nitpicking? Maybe. Is it just my opinion? Definitely. But overall, I love this film (not as much as the first though) and agree that it feels like a PROPER spy film, none of that mopey Bond crap. I give it an 8/10.

Also I will try to get off my ass and make some customs soon, I promise. And I need a new sigfig pic for these reviews...
