A rewind to February 2019 sees Stagecoach in South Wales Alexander Dennis Pointer-bodied Dart 34670 on Augusta Street in Ebbw Vale at the end of a day hampered by snowfall the previous night. She was operating Service E3 (Ebbw Vale-Abertillery-Brynmawr) for Blackwood depot, which interworked with Service X15 (Brynmawr-Abertillery-Crumlin-Newbridge-Crosskeys-Risca-Newport).
At the time, she was one of a small number remaining from the batch of 15 that entered service at Caerphilly depot in late 2004 following the award of Kick Start funding to upgrade the local services.
After a subsequent spell based at Cwmbran depot, I believe that Abba Scrap of Dowlais was to be her last resting place in 2022.
