Stagecoach 54201 is numerically the first of over 100 Plaxton Elite Interdeck-bodied Volvo B11RTs that were received between 2012 and 2018 mostly for megabus.com operations, including 10 left-hand drive variants.
Having pounded the motorways of England, Scotland and Wales for several years, she is now based at the South Wales fleet's Cwmbran depot with sister 54202, where they undertake a variety of duties including Rail Replacement contracts. Retirement from megabus work has seen both of them receiving the white and green "Specialist" version of corporate livery.
She was back filling in on a megabus contract in this December 2023 shot taken alongside Friary Gardens, the Cardiff terminus point.
