After New Adventure Travel purchased the local bus operations of Skewen-based Select Bus & Coach in April 2015, the company expanded the network of acquired services, which saw Service 59 (Neath-Skewen-Jersey Marine-Swansea) increased in frequency and extended to Mumbles during the Summer months.
Double-deckers on loan from Cardiff depot made regular appearances, particularly during school holidays. This ia exemplified by Alexander ALX400-bodied Dennis Trident, LV52 HFK, which was new to Stagecoach's Selkent subsidiary and retained her centre door. In this late October 2016 shot, she was leaving Swansea's City Bus Station when returning to Neath.
The expanded network would be withdrawn a couple of weeks later, leaving the company to concentrate on its contracted services for Swansea Council and Powys County Council.
