My mantra for this year - "Dont Believe Every Thing That You Think!" I have made myself suffer too often in the past by not questioning my thoughts. So this year I will be doing as Byron Katie suggests and asking "Is it really true? and "Who would you be or how would you behave if you let that thought go?!"
