The 116 will be set off at Norwich for visitor's to gawk at that are there for the annual "Railroad Days", originally, "O&W Days". Joe White has the pleasure of manning the throttle on this little beast that will be rocking and rolling through the Chenango Valley. Chet Tybersky is his conductor. The locomotive was owned by Del Button of Norwich, an avid NYO&W fan and good friend of Walter Rich who leases the engine from him for use on the New York, Susquehanna & Western.
