After (HDR) 2

I also used HDR toning on this photo because the picture is a broken wall, garbage, and cigarettes, so it needed some vibrance to it. I duplicated the image and made one black and white, i then merged them and added "soft light". Then I did minor touch ups with curves adjustments and contrast.
