Orange Pore Fungi Forest

Another close up of orange pore fungi growing on top of a fallen log. (See my previous post at flic.kr/p/2kV1eWB)

 

There's are real little eco-system here - there are hundreds of minute white insect larvae crawing around beneath the fungi - they move quite quickly hence the blur because of the slow shutter-speed.
