Suffering

This painting is Acrylic on A1 sized paper, made in 2013.

I made this picture as a comment on the Delhi rape case, as

that i could not even begin to imagine what the girl was

feeling, and so this was kind of my attempt to try to

understand hoe it would feel to be stripped of all dignity

and molested and also the need for the mind to protect

itself by shutting off and trying not to feel therefore

seemingly giving up all hopes of escape.
