My pilgramages to the Monty Python offices
I was very sad to hear last week that Terry Jones had died. I have been obsessed with Monty Python since my early teens.In 1985 and '86 I spent some time in England and made sure I visited The Pythons' office in London. The office staff were very laid back and friendly,offering me a cup of tea and allowing me to wander around and photograph everything,(although they did wander near me,muttering,"You're mad.") The Whizzo boxes were displayed on a window sill as decor. They were made by one of the secretaries and used in the Hollywood Bowl shows.
