Mooring bollard on pier, Key West, FL

I saw this painted inscription on a mooring bollard on the pier near the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Ingham in Key West. Somebody must have put their thoughts down while looking out to sea. I thought it was neat, so I took the picture.
